I am the Lead Technical Writer at Posit, where I oversee:

• The prioritization, planning, and execution of cross-team documentation projects and initiatives

• Release-driven updates

• Day-to-day documentation responsibilities

I emphasize Docs as Code and treat documentation as a standalone product with its own SDLC.

I've spent the past year building out our internal documentation knowledge base to help train and empower engineers and developers to confidently contribute to documentation.

Recently, I've focused on automating routine tasks and manual checks by thoughtfully leveraging AI (mainly LLMs), not to replace my role, but to amplify it. This enables our team to deliver more and focus more time on high-impact work.
